Dress Code:
In order to maintain a friendly environment, we ask that guests dress appropriately and adhere to the following guidelines:
Appropriate clothing is required at all times, which includes shoes, shirts, pants held on the waist, etc. - No offensive messages or pictures may be displayed on clothing. Hood on all apparel must be worn down and face covering material is not permitted
No evidence of gang affiliation
Persons wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management
No hats, clothing, jewelry or tattoos with profanity or objectionable art.
Guardian Policy:
All youth under the age of 18 must be companied by an adult over the age of 25.
Code of Conduct:
Guests must behave courteously; loud, profane, and/or abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. This establishment has a zero-tolerance policy for guests who fight and/or harass other guests or team members while on property.
Waivers for Attractions:
Every participant must sign a waiver. You must be 18 years or older to sign the waiver.
Smoking / Tobacco Policy:
Any and all forms of tobacco, smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaporizers are not permitted in the facility. Smoking is only allowed in designated, outdoor areas in a accordance with state legislation, 20 feet away from all doors in accordance with the CIAA. No smokeless or chewing tobacco is allowed.
Alchohol / Drug Policy:
Admittance is not permitted to persons under influence of alcohol and / or drugs.
Persons who consume alcohol may not participate in rider-controlled or action attractions.
Weapon Policy:
Absolutely no firearms, knives or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.
GO-KART SAFETY RULES
You may be asked to show your hair length to be eligible to ride the go-karts.
Drivers must hit required minimum height base on type of race:
46" and 7 years old
48" and 8 years old
58" and 13 years old
Passengers must be at 36" AND 3 years old.
Passengers may only ride with a driver who possesses a drivers license or is over the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested
No reckless driving.
Absolutely no bumping, swerving, hitting into guard rails or cutting other cars off.
Keep hands & feet inside the vehicle at all times
Keep both hands on the steering wheel at all times.
Gas is on the right, brake is on the left.
Do not leave car under any circumstances until instructed by attendant
If problems arise, stay in car and raise hand for assistance.
Seat belts are required for both drivers and passengers.
Keep seatbelt buckled at all times
Shoes with a back and shirts are required.
Loose clothing, scarves, untied long hair, hats, and loose articles are not allowed
No smoking.
When ride is finished, stay seated until attendant instructs you to exit.
Violation of rules will result in loss of ride privileges at the Lightning raceway.
For safety reasons, expecting mothers are not allowed to ride.
The ride requires a valid ticket or wristband to ride
This ride is not recommended for individuals with heart, neck, or back trouble, or for pregnant women.
Participation is at your own risk.

BUMPER BOAT SAFETY RULES
WARNING - Bumper boats have rotating parts. Hair must be secured above the shoulder and all personal items (clothing, jewelry, etc.) must be secured and contained within the seating area:
Failure to do so can cause serious injury or death.
All drivers must be physically capable of operating the bumper boat while seated in the intended position for operation and driver must be a minimum 48in tall.
To carry a passenger, the driver must meet the above requirements and be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the parent or legal guardian of the passenger.
Passengers must be a minimum of 36in tall & have upper body control.
Any hair longer than shoulder-length MUST be secured above the shoulder.
All loose clothing must be fastened and secured before entering the ride area.
The driver must sit in the center seat and control the motor.
Two children may not ride alone in the same boat, and two adults may not ride together in the same boat.
There is a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs.
No splashing, remain seated, and keep ands and both feet inside boat at all times unless otherwise instructed by an attendant.
No swimming or diving is allowed in pond.
No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the ride area.
All loose clothing must be fastened and secured before entering the ride area.
Shoes and shirt must be worn.
No running, pushing or horseplay allowed
If trouble arises, patrons must remain seated in their bumper boar and raise a hand to alert an attendant for assistance.
Wait for attendant to assist you in and out of boat.
Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed in the ride area.
Any misconduct or failure to comply with the above rules will result in immediate removal.
This ride is not recommended for individuals with heart, neck, or back trouble, or for pregnant women.

SPINZONE SAFETY RULES
Drivers must hit required minimum height & age requirements:
5 years old & 42” tall
Guests must keep their hands & feet inside the vehicle at all times
No running, pushing or horseplay allowed
Do not leave car under any circumstances until instructed by attendant
Keep seatbelt buckled at all times.
If problems arise, stay in car and raise hand for assistance.
Shoes with a back and shirts are required.
